Conwy Seed Fair: Thursday 26 March 2026, 9am–4pm
Conwy Honey Fair: Saturday 12 September 2026
Stall booking is now open for the Seed Fair. Booking for the Honey Fair opens 1 June 2026.
“A bee-rilliant event” – The Snowdonia Society
- Stalls are free of charge in Conwy High Street and Lancaster Square.
- We invite a voluntary donation (suggested £25) during the Fair to Bees for Development. £2600 was raised in 2024.
- Space is limited (approx. 75 stalls) and cannot be guaranteed.
- Bring your own table (pasting tables with waterproof covering are typical).
1. Booking a space
- Email peterhoney914@gmail.com to book.
- You must confirm that you have read this page and provide your name, address and phone number.
- No bookings via phone, Facebook or in person.
- Please do not arrive without booking.
- If cancelling, notify the organiser in advance. No-shows may not be invited back.
- Observation hives are welcome — contact us for a risk assessment.
2. We welcome
- Honey and hive products
- Plants and seeds
- Bee, honey and plant-related crafts
- Environmental groups
- Home produce and farmers’ market stalls
- Shopkeepers’ stalls outside their premises
- Limited space for cards and jewellery
- Fresh cooked food must be wrapped or covered
3. Trading standards
- All goods must meet Trading Standards requirements.
- Cosmetic products require appropriate safety certification (CPSR).
- Honey must be correctly labelled.
4. Not suitable for this event
- Bric-a-brac
- Food requiring refrigeration
- Fast food or hot drink vendors
- General market or novelty stalls
- Games of chance
- Direct competition with High Street shops
- Political groups
- Alcohol sales
5. Safety
- You are responsible for your own safety and that of visitors to your stall.
- Avoid trip hazards — keep stock within your allocated space.
- The Castle Hotel side pavement must remain clear at all times.
6. Security
- Do not leave money unattended. The Fair is very busy.
7. Setting up
- Arrive by 6:30am (Lancaster Square) or 7:30am (High Street).
- Report to the organiser near the Lancaster Square statue.
- Stall positions are allocated on arrival.
- No pre-reserving or claiming previous pitches.
- Vehicles allowed for unloading only.
- All vehicles must be removed by 9am.
- Road closure applies 9am–4:30pm.
8. Consideration
- Unload quietly — residents and guests may still be resting.
- Respect delivery drivers and local traffic.
- No generators.
- No smoking at stalls.
9. Parking
- Use Mount Pleasant long-stay car park (outside Bangor Road arch).
- Large vans should use overflow parking opposite the town walls.
- Incorrect parking may result in a penalty notice.
10. Packing up
- Vehicle access resumes from 4pm.
- Road closure remains until 4:30pm.
- Leave your area clean and remove all waste.

- Enjoy the day
- Report issues immediately to the organiser
- Share feedback and ideas
- Help promote the Fair
