Stallholder bookings process
Bookings open from 1 January for the Seed Fair and from 1 June for the Honey Fair. Bookings are for one fair only.
Bookings are mainly handled by email. The process is straightforward.
Initial enquiry
The stallholder sends an email enquiry. This is the standard reply:
Hello [name]
Thanks for your enquiry about a stall at the Conwy Honey Fair.
Please click here to view the Stallholder Information and confirm that you have read it.
Please tell us what you wish to sell, and provide your address and phone number.
Regards

Assessment
Applications are reviewed before being accepted. Some enquiries are declined if they are not suitable (see Stallholder Information page).
Booking confirmation
Once accepted, this is the standard confirmation message:
Hello [name]
Thanks for your booking.
You have been added to the list of stalls. Please look out for our helper Claire (Cosy Home shop, High Street), who will show you where to set up your table.
Please help spread the word about the Honey Fair.

Managing bookings
- Email enquiries are tracked using labels (e.g. Gmail labels)
- Occasional verbal bookings are recorded manually
- Bookings are typically capped at around 70 stalls
