We take bookings from 1 January for the Seed Fair on Thursday 26 March 2026, and from 1 June for the Honey Fair on Monday 14 September 2026. We only take bookings for one fair at a time. If people apply too early, we ask them to apply later.
How we select stallholders
Bookings are by email only. This is the standard reply sent to initial enquiries:
Hello [name]
Thanks for your enquiry about a stall at the Conwy Honey Fair.
Please click here to see our updated Stallholder Information and confirm that you have read it.
Regards
The Secretary
Conwy Beekeepers
Once they reply and confirm they have read the information, this is the standard booking message:
Hello [name]
Thanks for your booking.
I have added you to the list of stalls. Please look out for our helper Claire in a hi-vis vest. Claire will show you where to set up your table.
Please spread the word. See information for visitors.
Regards
The Secretary

- Hot food or coffee
- Commercial market stalls
- Alcohol
Managing enquiries
Each email enquiry is labelled and added to a stallholder list. We usually allow about 60 stalls maximum.
The process is straightforward, but it is important to reply quickly.
