Road Closure Volunteers – Conwy Honey Fair
Thank you to everyone helping at the road closure barriers for the Conwy Honey Fair on Saturday 13 September.
The High Street and two side streets will be closed from 9:00am to 4:30pm. The fair ends at 4:00pm, with an additional 30 minutes to allow stallholders to pack up safely.
Setup
- First helpers to collect hi-vis vests from the stall at the top of the High Street
- Put out barriers and “Road Closed” signs at 9:00am
- Place one barrier and one sign at the top of each side street
Traffic guidance
- Guests leaving the Castle Hotel should drive down the High Street and turn right onto Castle Street
- Guests or staff arriving at the hotel should be allowed through and asked to drive slowly up the High Street
End of day
- Return hi-vis vests to the Secretary
- Stack barriers safely for collection on Monday

Please arrange delivery of cones, signs and barriers on Friday 12 September, and collection on Monday 14 September.
Please ensure items for Crown Lane and Llewelyn Street are delivered to the top of each road.
